Registration is OPEN: GRS in #Translation #Machinery in #Health and #Disease 18-19 March 2017

Dear colleagues,
We are very excited to announce that we will be holding the first  GRS in Translation Machinery in Health and Disease on March 18-19th 2017  at Hotel Galvez, Galveston (TX). After the GRS seminar, the associated GRC will also be held at the same location, on March 19th-24th. Please note that registration for GRC and GRS is independent.
We have been doing strong efforts to attract funding to support and subsidize registration fees and/or travel expenses associated to conference attendance, to encourage attendance from the younger crowd to the GRS. Thus,  we will cover/refund the registration fees of all students/post-docs whose abstract is selected for GRS oral presentation.
We will be selecting speakers from abstracts submitted by  December 18th 2016.  Those applicants who are not chosen for talks and those who apply after the deadline will be expected to present a poster. For more information and registering to the GRS conference, please visit:  http://www.grc.org/ programs.aspx?id=17566  ; and the associated GRC conference:  https://www.grc. org/programs.aspx?id=16951
We would also greatly appreciate if you could please distribute this information amongst other students/postdocs/early-career scientists that may be interested in attending to the meeting.
Thanks in advance for your help! We are looking forward to having a very exciting GRS & GRC conference!
